The Villa

Overlooking the Gulf of Lava and enjoying a panoramic view of the sea and the countryside, our beautiful 4-star Villa, with independent air conditioning in each room, has a comfort that you will appreciate: modernity, soft colors, honey, apricot and light wood. Charm, tradition, panoramic views, silence, nature, sun, sea and fine sand are all brought together here. The villa is ideally suited for 8 people but due to the spacious size of the communal areas 10 people can be easily and comfortably accommodated.

THE VILLA

6 Rooms, 175m². Reversible air-conditioning keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter. 4 bedrooms (2 independent) , each with bathroom and WC. Car port (80m²)

Fully furnished including 118cm/46" LCD TV, DVD player, armchairs, single bed, and 3 place sofa bed which converts into a 2 place queen sized bed (160cm)

2 upstairs bedrooms

2 bedrooms measuring 25m² each with panoramic sea views.

Bedroom 1 has twin beds (80x200cm) that can be put together to make a queen sized bed. Bathroom with double sized basin, private WC, bath, heated towel rail, hairdryer.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds (90x200cm) that can be put together to make a king sized bed. Bathroom with double sized basin, private WC, bath, heated towel rail, hairdryer.

Bedroom « Scandola » with panoramic view (ground floor)

Bedroom (24m²) with its own independent access, 2 big beds in twin configuration or together as a king sized bed. A wardrobe on each side of a 2m long dressing table, large mirror and flat screen TV. The bathroom with bath, rainfall shower, designer double basin and separate WC. This room is situated on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace via a large sliding glass door with views of the sea and the countryside. Perfectly soundproof.

Bedroom «Aïtone» (ground floor)

Identical to it's neighbour Scandola (see above) but with bathtub rain shower and separate WC.
